We have invested heavily in training and have a number of our team undergoing their studies to become Licensed Conveyancers every year. Customer Development Team

Our Customer Development Team are the first people you speak to when you come to us for an estimate. They will answer any questions you have about the process and collect enough information about your service needs to provide you with an accurate estimate of our fees. When you are ready to proceed and instruct us to manage your transaction, this team will collect your deposit and open your file for you. Your initial documents will come out to you immediately via an email link.


This team also makes sure that we are regularly in contact with our estate agency partners, providing training on the use of our technology integrations. We pride ourselves on working as one team wherever possible to make moving easy for you and your loved ones.

Service Support Team

Our Service Support Team are an essential bunch of people. Once you have completed your initial documents, this team are responsible for checking through all your forms, supporting documents, and ID verification, assisting you with any issues. They also issue your draft contract pack on sale files. Your property transaction will be passed to your specialist conveyancing team when everything is in place. On completion they do the essential job of ensuring that the changes to the property title contracted on completion are applied at the H.M. Land Registry. This team will also manage any queries that you may have post-completion, return any property documents we hold (if you have requested we do so), clean up any fees that have spilt over from completion, and securely archive your file.

PEX Team

Once your file has exchanged a member of our Post Exchange team (PEX) will be on hand to make sure that all the essentials arrangements have been put in place for your completion day. They will call you to talk through any last minute details and tidy up the transaction file ready for post completion and archiving.

Accounts Team

You may never speak to a member of our accounts team, but their contribution to your transaction can't be underplayed. As well as carrying out essential financial hygiene tasks for the business, they also check every bill that goes out to a customer at the point of exchange and process all payments in and out of our client accounts, notifying the conveyancing teams of cleared funds for completion.
