Important Information
Making a payment via our online payment tool is an easy way of securely transferring funds that have been requested as part of your transaction. There are some restrictions on how you can use this service. Please read the below carefully before transferring funds to us using this method.
1. You can not use this service to deposit mortgage fees, purchase deposits, or repay debt to third parties. Payments for these purposes must be sent to us via bank transfer using your internet banking account or by visiting your bank or building society branch.
2. You can only make payments in GBP Sterling.
3. Payments will take up to 3 working days to clear into our bank account and posted to your file. We do not have sight of your transfer until funds have cleared.
4. There is a minimum amount of £1 and a maximum limit of £5,000.00 for all payments
