Conveyancing Lead

Location: Hybrid. Office located in Swansea, SA1

Term: Permanent
Salary: £40K-£45K depending on experience

Main Purpose of the Role:

As a Conveyancing Lead, you will motivate, coach, monitor and lead a small team of conveyancing professionals carrying 60 – 70 live files, to achieve high standards in conversion, compliance, and client care. You will handle escalated legal and client care queries while managing a small caseload of up to 40 residential conveyancing files, covering all transaction types.

Location: Swansea. Remote working available for those with 3+ years’ experience of managing a file load independently, with some requirement to attend the office for specific events.

Salary: £25K-£40K depending on experience

Sales Advisor

Location: Hybrid. Office located in Swansea, SA1

Term: Permanent
Salary: On Target Earnings £34,500 (Basic: £22,500)

Main Purpose of the Role:

·        Outbound calls to warm prospective clients to discuss their conveyancing estimate and provide benefits of our service.

·        Maximise conversion from lead to sale to achieve sales targets.

. Develop productive relationships with introducing partners to maximize lead provision and conversion.

·        Answering inbound calls.

Trainee Legal Cashier

Job Title: Trainee Legal Cashier 

Reporting to: Head of Finance and Administration 

Location: Swansea 

Working Hours: Full time. Monday – Friday 9am - 5.30pm 

Salary: £22,308 per annum 

Main Purpose of the Role:

To provide high quality accounts support to the Dezrezlegal teams. To provide accurate and thorough accounts reports in line with the business requirements of the company.  

You will be responsible for all accounting tasks relating to the management of conveyancing files including but not limited to checking completion statements, processing payments into and out of the client and office accounts, and handling completion and post completion account matters.

Filing Clerk

Job Title: Filing Clerk

Reporting to: Service Support Team Lead 

Location: Swansea 

Working Hours: Full time. Monday – Friday 9am - 5.30pm 

Salary: £22,308 per annum 

Main Purpose of the Role:

The Filing Clerk will be responsible for: 

1. Managing incoming and outgoing post  

2. Scanning documents to our case management system 

3. Filing documentation to the correct physical file 

4. Maintaining our physical filing system 

5. Assisting colleagues locating documents 

6. Assisting remote working colleagues with print and post requirements 

6. Archiving files 

7. Administering our archiving system alongside our Post Completion team 


Full training will be provided and no previous experience is required. The role is dependent on the ability to contribute positively to our team.
